Return and Refund Policy

At Univers RcLoisirs, customer satisfaction is at the heart of our priorities. We are committed to offering quality products along with transparent service that respects your rights.

  1. Special orders and non-refundable deposits

Any item specially ordered at your request requires a non-refundable deposit, payable at the time of order.
Once the item is received in store, you have 14 business days to pick up your purchase.
After this period, the item will be returned to the supplier or put back up for sale, with no refund of the deposit.

  1. Out-of-stock products – reservation

If you place a deposit to reserve a product that is temporarily out of stock, it will be automatically set aside upon arrival.
The remaining balance must be paid at in-store pickup within 14 business days following the notification of availability.

  1. Defective products

If a product is delivered damaged or non-compliant, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will proceed, as applicable, with an exchange, refund, or repair, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

  1. Responsibility during shipping

The seller’s responsibility extends until the product is handed over to the carrier, which includes proper and careful packaging to ensure product protection.

Once the package has been entrusted to the carrier, the seller no longer has control over its transportation. As a result, damages occurring during transit are generally the responsibility of the carrier.

It is the customer’s responsibility, upon receipt, to inspect the package and promptly report any anomaly or damage in order to allow a claim to be opened with the carrier.

  1. Return shipping fees (if applicable)

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product. For returns due to personal preference, return shipping costs remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

  1. Return procedures

To return a product, please contact our customer service at info@urcloisirs.com or at 1-873-208-1050 within 7 days of receipt to obtain a return authorization. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

  1. Condition of returned products

To be accepted, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, complete, and with intact original packaging.

  1. Refund processing time

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days, using the original method of payment.

  1. Exceptions or special cases

Certain products cannot be returned, including hygiene items, personalized products, and downloadable content.

  1. Responsibility during return shipping

Responsibility for the product is transferred to the customer once it is handed over to the carrier for return shipping. We therefore recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance.
