Packaging format and shipping logistics

Certain products, such as 5D diamond painting kits and paint-by-number kits, are sourced from international manufacturers.
To facilitate logistics and reduce shipping costs, these items are shipped in flexible packaging without a rigid box. The contents remain complete and properly protected. This presentation does not affect the quality of the final product.

Processing and shipping times

We strive to meet the indicated shipping timelines. However, in the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., manufacturer delays, customs, carriers), Univers RcLoisirs cannot be held responsible for additional delays.
Estimated delivery times are therefore provided for informational purposes only.

Carriers and delivery modifications

Univers RcLoisirs reserves the right to change the selected carrier if necessary to ensure delivery within reasonable timeframes or to resolve a logistical issue. This change will not affect the shipping fees already paid by the customer.
