Univers RCLoisirs is a business established in Québec and is committed to complying with the Charter of the French Language (Law 96). Packaging Format and Shipping Logistics

Some products, such as 5D diamond paintings and paint-by-numbers kits, are sourced from international manufacturers.
To simplify logistics and reduce shipping costs, these items are shipped in flexible packaging rather than rigid boxes. The contents remain complete and protected. This packaging format does not affect the quality of the final product.

Processing and Shipping Times

We strive to meet the indicated shipping times. However, in cases beyond our control (e.g., manufacturer delays, customs, carriers), Univers RCLoisirs cannot be held responsible for additional delays.
Estimated time frames are provided for reference only.

Carriers and Delivery Adjustments

Univers RCLoisirs reserves the right to modify the selected carrier if necessary to ensure reasonable delivery times or to address logistical issues. This change will not affect the shipping fees already paid by the customer.
