We primarily ship through Canada Post. For expedited deliveries, we may also use services such as UPS or other carriers depending on availability.

Orders are prepared only during our business hours (Monday to Friday).
Shipping occurs as soon as the order is ready, with Canada Post handling the delivery starting the next business day following preparation.

Packaging and Protection

All items are carefully packaged.

Small products are shipped in reinforced padded mailers with internal cushioning to ensure proper protection.

Larger or more fragile items are packed in sturdy boxes with appropriate protective materials.

Shipping Fees

Standard shipping fees are displayed at checkout and vary based on weight and destination.
Standard shipping is free for any order of $100 or more before taxes.

For expedited delivery, additional fees apply. We will review available options with an alternate carrier and inform you of the rates.

Restrictions

We primarily deliver to Quebec and Ontario.
Some remote areas or specific territories may be excluded or may incur additional charges.

Tracking and Communication

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped, allowing you to follow its progress.

Responsibility
